Film3 was founded in 2001 in Lillehammer. The name Film 3 relates to the threefold focus of the company: film, funding and facilitation. The immodest objective of Film3 is to become the most dynamic production environment within Norwegian film and television!

The dynamic force will be generated through backing of young filmmakers, digital technologies, utilization of local expertise, and through Nordic and international alliances. Film3 will facilitate Norwegian and foreign filmmaking in our region.
