Regional answers to climate change

Conference participants from Oppland

The AER conference "Regional answers to climate change" in Limoges, France, gathered more than 300 participants from European regions. Oppland County Council was represented by Sanna Sarromaa and Olaf Nils Diserud. In the conference declaration climate change is recognised as one of the most significant social, economic and environmental threats regions face worldwide. In the fight against climate change, action must be taken not only at international and state levels, but more so at local and regional levels.
